The alkaline diet attempts to answer the question of how can we prevent our health from deteriorating, or better yet, how can we regain our youth. The alkaline diet is your chance to learn how to create a level of consistent health and energy. Apply the principle seriously and judge their vitality first hand by the results they produce.

Many foods are alkaline-producing by nature, but manufactured processed foods are mostly acid-producing. It is important to consume at least 60% alkaline-producing foods in our diet, in order to maintain health. We need plenty of fresh fruits and particularly vegetables (alkaline-producing) to balance our necessary protein intake. And we need to avoid processed, sugary or simple-carbohydrate foods, not only because they are acid-producing but also because they raise blood sugar level too quickly; plus they tend to be nutrient-lacking and may be toxic too.

Tip #1 -
Alkaline foods and Drink, Drink then Drink some more!

By far the most important and yet the easiest way to accelerate your alkaline diet weight loss results is to hydrate consistently.Avoid Coffee, tea, soda and other acidic drinks.

Tip #2 -
Alkaline foods: Avoid Foods with preservatives, food coloruing and additives.

The body wasn’t designed to digest these chemical substances, so it must either: eliminate them, neutralize them or park them away where they can’t damage your body.

Tip #3 - Avoid artificial sweetners like the plague

If you have been trying to lose weight, chances are you have relied on artificial sweetners to cut calories. You are shooting yourself in the foot on an alkaline diet. They are toxins as in tip #2

Tip #4 - Always have cut veggies and soaked nuts ready in your fridge.
