Magic of Alkalize Body your diet
There are no simple solutions to alkalize your body. Just remember that it takes time. Just give your body the tools to correct itself, and begins with what you put into your body. Ideally you should have 80% and 20% acid alkaline foods in your daily diet.
The alkaline diet foods are most vegetables and most fruits, animal proteins, with the exception of derivatives, such as eggs and cottage cheese, tea and spices. You can easily fit them in their diet. This is not a definitive list, just an example.

Acidification is also alcohol, snuff and prescription and nonprescription medications. An acid is disturbing chemical preservatives, herbicides and pesticides that may be in the food without even knowing it. Again, this list contains only a sample of some of the foods in this category.
A salad with dinner and enjoy a steak with vegetables (preferably raw or lightly cooked). The key is to eat a smaller steak. A 20 ounce T-bone is tempting, but not really necessary. You should be satisfied with reasonable portions.
Fruit makes a great breakfast in his new alkaline diets. The best fruit in your diet is to prepare healthy after purchase. When you return from the market or shop with a pineapple, cut into small pieces and use their plastic containers. When you're hungry for a snack, just find the list to eat fruit in the refrigerator.
Alkaline Diet Recipes Healing Juice
Makes 2 servings
A milder, more subtle juice that still packs a punch of nutrition! The combination of carrots, spinach and parsley are a good source of antioxidants, while the celery lends its cleansing properties.
Ingredients: 3-4 Carrots
All apple juice ingredients (make celery through liabilities). Mixed with water to drink or clean taste (your choice).
